All goods are supplied Cash on Delivery except where credit facilities have been arranged. Monthly accounts are due for payment by the 28th day of each month. Our minimum order value is £40.

If your agreed trading terms are not adhered to, JMP Foodservice reserve the right to place your account on STOP without prior notification.

All products are offered subject to availability, circumstances beyond our control occasionally cause shortages. We can usually offer a suitable alternative.

All goods should be checked at the time of delivery and no credits for damage or shortages will be given unless signed for at the time of delivery.

Claims for shortages or damage must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of goods.

Although you may place ADDITIONS to orders BEFORE 10PM on our answering service, availability cannot be guaranteed and deliveries will be made as soon as possible thereafter.

Please give your name and telephone number when placing orders and if possible use the stock code numbers as well as the product name.
